I did a shoot for the distributor of these adorable light up Disney character sunglasses. You can find them in stores such as Target and Walmart, and lots of other stores and boutiques. Your kids will LOVE them. My kids are obsessed! And look, you can even make them fashionable too!!

A Sanguinetti Clothing Editorial

About a month ago, myself and Isla Charm Photography had an opportunity to shoot for Sanguinetti Clothing‘s AMAZING new spring line called “Hazy Play.” We had 9 models, and they all rocked it!!! As always we had just a little fun. Okay, okay, we had a TON of fun!! Aren’t they all just dolls!?!?

Oona and I, (Owner of Isla Charm Photography) worked together on some of these images, for a spread coming up in a VERY special & well known Magazine. So, the ones that you see double tagged, means we worked together on them. Obviously one of us shot it, and we edited them together to create a consistency for our magazine spread coming up in the very near future (which was one of my exciting things I have been waiting to tell you all)! It was so fun working with so many amazing people in this shoot! We were even lucky enough to have C. GOnzalez Photography shoot some behind the scene images for us, which you can find at the bottom of this post. Beautiful hair by Tess Marie Salon.

WOW what an incredible year!!!! It has been my most successful business year to date, and I cannot thank my clients enough for your business! My business has finally grown into what I have DREAMED it being, and I am truly blessed to have the most AMAZING clients ever, and for helping this year be so successful for me. To my friends. What in the world would I do without you?!?!? My true friends are some of the best human beings in this world, and I am so proud to call them my friends. Over the past few years, I have had a real opportunity to learn what true friends are, and my god, am I blessed with the most amazing friends a girl could ask for. I LOVE you all, like family.

Then there is my family. THE MOST important thing to me in the whole entire world. Im not sure you all know what an incredible man I am married to, but I thank god every day for allowing me to meet and marry the most giving, honest, selfless, loving, hard working and family oriented man, and to create the most beautiful two children with him. We are so BLESSED. And WE (my husband and I) are SO incredibly lucky to have such a selfless, LOVING, giving family, in our lives. Thank you for setting such a good example to us (jason and I), on how to be good parents. We can only hope we can instill these good values into our children.

I am a HUGE believer in this Prayer that I shared below, that my daughter says every morning in her classroom, with the entire school on loudspeaker. Ever since Maren started at this Montessori private school (which goes from 2 years old all the way up to 8th grade), we as a family of four, have been living life according to these words:

“Dear God of my heart,
I intend to radiate peace from the greatness within me.
As I…..listen with the ears of Understanding,
Speak with the voice of kindness, and
feel with the heart of Compassion,
and when I greet another, I behold the truth. I see only LOVE.”

SO MUCH coming from BLP in 2013!!! I have some news that I have been DYING to share with you, but am not allowed yet!! SO stay tuned! (Actually I have 3 BIG news things to share!!!) EEEEEk. This year is going to be amazing! Lets hope it will be an amazing year for ALL of us. XOXOXOXOXO

The Crugers. One of the most beautiful family’s I know….on the inside and out. I had the opportunity to shoot the oh so stylish family of Isla Charm Photography, and I just had so much fun doing it!!!

I am not much of a family photographer, but this family shot was a pretty “lucky” shot, and I just HAD to share it with you all! I call it lucky, because as most of you know, family sessions are usually just pure chaos (hence one of the reason’s I don’t shoot them!). This was an “in between” moment; there was only one of these shots, and it ended up being my absolute fav!! Aren’t they just a STUNNING family?!?!?
